2023 Spring Boys Golf

Carmel Dads' Club Golf Program

The schedule for boys' golf held at Brookshire Golf Course 2 nights per week for 5 weeks in the spring. Practices will be held 4:30 - 5:45PM. 

The season will run for 5 weeks, April 19 - May 19. Golfers will need their own equipment (clubs, tees, shoes etc.)

Matches will be played weeknights from 4:30 - 6 PM against other junior high programs.

All players registering for rec league will be placed on a team. Requests for teammates/coaches or practice night cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be given when requests cannot be met.
The deadline for refunds is March 1, 2022. Please see the website or contact the CDC Office 317-846-1663 for information on requesting a refund.

2023 Spring Season - Boys


The season will run for 5 weeks Starting middle of April 

Orientation will last 30 – 40 minutes and the rest of the time that day will be spent on the putting greens. 
We meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 – 5:45pm.
Practices will be held at Brookshire Golf Club.

Recreational Golf Program Overview

Welcome to CDC Golf!

The Carmel Dads’ Club is excited to be entering into another Spring Golf Season.  The Brookshire Golf Club is host to this year's golfing season and events.  More information regarding the course can be found at .

5th, 6th, 7th or 8th grade boy/girl

Boys - Spring season runs 5 weeks April through May
Girls - Fall season runs August through October

Boys - Spring Sport Fee: $185
Girls - Fall Sport Fee: $185

Carmel Dads' club requires every family to pay $25 or work a two-hour shift in the concession stand for a sporting event.  Athletes whose parents serve as a league commissioner, head coach or team sponsor are exempt from this requirement.


Registration for Boys Spring is open mid-January through late Feb. Fees increase February 24th.
Registration for Girls Fall is open early May through mid-August .

Refund Deadline for boys spring is March 1st.

*Refund Policy – If you register your child(ren) for one of our sports programs and then opt for them not to participate, refund requests are grated AS LONG AS the refund request is made during that sport season’s regular open registration period.  Refunds are NOT given if requested after open registration unless there is a medical reason your child cannot participate.  For more information or if you have questions or concerns regarding this refund policy, please contact the office.

We will meet twice a week for practice/instruction. Practice will consist of golf on the executive course for about 90 minutes and instruction will consist of a combination of full swing and short game instruction with our PGA professionals.

In addition to that we will be scheduling matches versus other junior high schools in the area that will take place during the week throughout the season. Every time the players play a round of golf, their score will be recorded for purposes of determining who will play in the matches against other junior high schools.


All players are required to supply their own gear (clubs, shoes, tees, balls, ect.).

volunteer opportunities

All families are asked to fulfill a volunteer obligation by working as a Concession Worker or paying the Opt-Out Fee when they have a child playing in this sport.

There are no league commissioners or coaching positions in this sport.  If you are interested in being a team sponsor for another sport, please contact [email protected] 


The decision as to whether fields are playable rests with the CDC Staff or their representative.

No outdoor practice or game shall begin with a STORM WARNING (Thunderstorm/Tornado) in effect at the start time of said practice/game.

Mandatory 30 minute wait when lightning and/or thunder is observed. Fields must be cleared. This 30 minute wait will restart at each observed lightning and/or thunder.
