Opt-Out of Volunteering

We completely understand that giving time can be challenging for busy families. Because of this, we do offer a $25 opt-out fee. We ask that this be paid during registration or anytime during the season. If you fail to pay our $25 opt-out fee by the end of the season, we will charge an additional $25 as penalty fee for not fulfilling our volunteer responsibility.

To opt-out, select the email link below or email [email protected]. Email your opt-out request. Once the email is received, we will apply a $25 non-volunteer fee to your account. You will receive an auto-generated email when the fee is applied. At that time, log onto your Carmel Dads' Club account and pay your open balance on your "my accounts" page. Please be sure to pay the open balance BEFORE the end of the season to avoid post-season penalties!
