2024-2025 TRYOUTS 
Tryout Clinic: May 14 and 15
Formal Tryout: May 17
All events will be at Carmel Middle School.
It is expected that all participants will attend each tryout date if possible. The rosters will be announced within a week following the end of tryouts.

SEASON DURATION 
The Pups Football Cheer season (6th Grade Girls only) begins in July and continues into late October depending on the advancement of the Pups Football team in playoffs. Practice will begin after Fall Break with games starting around the middle of November, unless a team plays in a Halloween tournament in which case, they will start playing at the end of October.  Pups Basketball Cheer season (3rd-6th Grade) starts in late October and runs through the end of February.

TEAMS
It is our goal to field squads at each age level depending on the number of eligible participants.

RECOMMENDED MAXIMUM GAMES PER SEASON 
The coaches will work with the commissioner to determine the game schedule for the season in coordination with their respective travel team (Pups Football or Pups Basketball).

PRACTICES 
Based in part on a high demand for court time across multiple sports and age groups, Pups teams will typically practice 1-2 nights per week per night.
