Carmel Dads' Club is no longer accepting team sponsorships for spring sports. If you are interested in sponsoring a fall sports team(s), please send your completed sponsorship form and company logo to [email protected]. Logos in an EPS, AI, or vector format are preferred.

Sponsorships are available for fall soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball, flag football, and tackle football. Thank you for supporting Carmel Dads' Club!
