Fall 2026 Team Sponsorships
Carmel Dads' Club is no longer accepting team sponsorships for the Fall 2026 sports season. If you are interested in sponsoring one or more teams for the Winter 2026-2027 season, please click on the button above, fill out the information, and upload your logo once the registration period begins. Logos in an EPS, AI, or vector format are preferred.
The Fall 2026 sponsorship deadline was July 1, 2026. No sponsorships are being accepted after this date.
You are welcome to sponsor through your company (or employer), or you can create your own team name and logo. All names and logos must be approved by Carmel Dads' Club and considered appropriate for youth sports.
*Due to our exclusive medical partnerships with Ascension St. Vincent and OrthoIndy, we are not able to accept team sponsorships from companies with competing medical services. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Three Sponsorship Options
Carmel Dads' Club currently offers three levels of sponsorship - Team Sponsor, Restaurant Partner, and Major Corporate Sponsor.
Option 1: Team Sponsorship – $275 per team or $500 for two teams
- Your logo on a set of team jerseys
- Link to your business on the sponsorship page of the CDC website
- Commemorative plaque with the team’s photo at the end of the season (plaques unavailable for high school teams)
- Multi-team discount packages available
Option 2: Restaurant Partner Package - $2,000 annually
- One CDC dining event promoted under Key Dates on the CDC website and through email blast
- Link to your restaurant’s website on the CDC sponsorship page
- One advertisement in a CDC newsletter
- Three team sponsorships (one each sports season)
- Commemorative plaque with team photo at the end of each season
- Hole sponsorship with signage at CDC’s annual golf outing fundraiser
- Businesses other than restaurants that are interested in events would also qualify
Option 3: Major Corporate Sponsorship - $7,500 annually
- Two large banners to be displayed at Badger Fields and Shelborne Fields
- Advertisements in two newsletters (acknowledgment in sponsorship section of every newsletter)
- Logo on the Carmel Dads’ Club homepage
- Link to your business on the sponsorship page of the CDC website
- Email blast sent to approximately 11,000 local email addresses
- Team sponsorships in all three sports seasons
- Commemorative team plaques at the end of each season
- Opportunity to set up informational booth at Badger Fields and/or Shelborne Fields on a Saturday game day approved by the Carmel Dads’ Club office.
- Invitation to CDC’s Annual Major Corporate Sponsor Appreciation Dinner
- Recognition at CDC’s Annual Golf Outing Fundraiser
- Other terms negotiable
