KAP (Kids All Play Scholarship)

The KAP scholarship program allows children of families in need to participate in our sports programs at a reduced cost. If a family is on the Free/Reduced Lunch Program through Carmel Clay Schools, they qualify for the KAP Scholarship. KAP families are still asked to participate in the Dads' Club experience by adhering to the Volunteer Requirement Policy. The free and/or reduced-price lunch approval letter provided by CCS must be uploaded/attached to your PlayMetrics account during registration. Eligibility will be verified by the CDC office. Once approved, the discount(s) will be activated and you will then need to complete the registration. The letter must be uploaded/attached each sport season to receive the discount.  If you do not have the email copy of your letter, please contact CCS at 317-844-9961 and ask for the Food and Nutrition Department.
