Carmel Dads' Club is no longer accepting team sponsorships for the Spring 2026 sports season. If you are interested in sponsoring in Fall 2026, please send your completed sponsorship form and logo to sponsorship@carmeldadsclub.org. Logos in an EPS, AI, or vector format are preferred.
You are welcome to sponsor through your company (or employer), or you can create your own team name and logo. All names and logos must be approved by Carmel Dads' Club and considered appropriate for youth sports.

Sponsoring youth sports teams helps display your community pride, defray the cost of uniforms and equipment, and advertise your business. 
All levels of sponsorship will receive the following recognition:
Sponsor Recognition
- Sponsor's company logo on participant t-shirts/jerseys
- Recognition plaque with team photo to display at your business (excluding high school)
- Sponsoring a CDC team fulfills your volunteer requirement for the season
Online Recognition
- Link to sponsor's website on CDC website
Print Recognition
- Inclusion in "Thank You to Our Sponsors" section in one bi-monthly e-Newsletter
