Please Consider the Carmel Dads’ Club Annual Fund on Giving Tuesday!

Did you ever wonder what it takes to run a youth sports program with more than 12,000 participants? The short answer is, A LOT. From organizing and running leagues to maintaining our facilities, a tremendous amount of work goes into coordinating twelve different sports with programming ranging from pre-k to high school. Our Annual Fund Drive makes sure we have the financial means to keep our nonprofit organization running smoothly.

The mission of Carmel Dads’ Club is to foster the development of youth in sports-related programs; to build self-esteem, physical fitness, respect, and achievement through a diverse level of sports. In order to bring that goal to fruition each year, we need your financial support. With the cancellation of our spring season due to COVID-19, your support is more important than ever.

Sports fees, team sponsorships, concession profits, and golf outing proceeds are our main sources of funding, but they do not cover the extraordinary cost of operating Carmel Dads’ Club. We maintain more than 222 acres of property and provide need-based fee assistance to more than 600 young people through the Kids All Play (KAP) program. We are also proud of our Special Sports Program, which offers seven different sports. The Annual Fund Drive helps us balance those costs.

In addition, Carmel Dads’ Club has gone to great lengths to keep our registration fees low compared to many other youth sports organizations. The charitable donations of our members during our Annual Fund Drive help us to continue to keep costs as low as possible.

Please consider donating to Carmel Dads’ Club’s Annual Fund Drive. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so your donation is tax-deductible! This year, donating is easier than ever. Just go to carmeldadsclub.org and click on “Make a Donation” on our homepage. You can also just click here: Make an Annual Fund Donation.  You will then receive an email receipt to retain for your tax records. You can also send a check made out to Carmel Dads’ Club to 5459 E Main St, Carmel, IN 46033. Please write “Annual Fund” in the memo line.
