Spring 2010 Registration is coming to a close. You may still register by clicking on "Spring Registration" and downloading a form. Online registration is closed. Late fees are now being applied to anyone registering. Anyone moving into Carmel will be exempt from the late fee, but need to contact immediately if wishing to participate in Spring sports. The refund deadline is Friday, February 26. Annual Membership of $50 will be due upon registration.

Most Sports will begin the week following Carmel Clay Schools Spring Break, April 12.
Register Early to guarantee your team placement. Refunds are given to players who make school teams.

Annual Membership is due January 1, 2010 or with the first sport registration of the 2010 calendar year.
We are encouraging everyone to register online starting this season to utilize the volunteer requirements.
Carmel Dads' Club is organized and run entirely by volunteers from the participants of each sport. We have 12,000 athletes that participate each year in various sports and our volunteer base is about 2000 volunteers. We need each family to share in the experience and we now have volunteer requirements.
-Sign up as a sport commissioner
-Sign up as a head coach
-Each family is required to volunteer for a 2-hour concessions shift. (**note if you are member of a travel team, you will have an additional concessions requirement for the season - please check with your travel commissioner)
-You may volunteer at any venue for concessions once per sport season.
-You may change your shift no later than 48 hours prior to your assigned shift. Log on and make changes.
-Failure to show for your scheduled shift, will result in being invoiced $50.00.

CDC concessions volunteer shifts are posted on their own website. You may make changes to your shift up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled shift.

Fall Season has the following sports offered:
Rec Soccer, Select Soccer, Football, Flag Football, Fall Baseball, Girls' Volleyball, Cheerleading, Girls' Golf
- registration for this season starts May 1st of each year. (Refund deadline is June 30th of each year)
Winter Season is for
Basketball
and registration starts September 1st of each year. (Refund deadline is October 31 of each year)
