Carmel Dads' Club is pleased to announce that we will be again hosting a Soccer Summer Camp this year. The dates are June 7 - 11 and August 2 - 6, both of which will be at Badger Park. The camp will be open to boys and girls ages 4 (by August 1, 2010) through 11. The camp will run from 9:00 AM - Noon. Applications must be turned in by May 1 for the June 7 - 11 camp and before July 1 for the August 2 - 6 camp. The camp will cost $85 per participant. CLICK HERE for an application. If you have any questions, please contact Tara Lindley at tgcc423@indy.rr.com.

Carmel Dads' Club offers soccer leagues for boys and girls starting at age 4 through high school. Soccer has two seasons, fall, which runs late August through October and spring, which runs April through early June.

Detailed information on the Carmel Dads' Club Soccer program has been put together into a Soccer Handbook.

The youngest division is 4 years old (must turn 5 by 9-1-09) through kindergarten. The other divisions are 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd/4th grade, 5th/6th grade, 7th/8th grade and 9th/12th grade.

The Preschool-Kindergarten division is co-ed. All other divisions through 8th grade are separate by boys and girls. The 9th/12th grade division is co-ed. All of these divisions are "house league" teams. They play only other CDC teams. Preschool-Kindergarten division practices prior to their games on Saturday. All other leagues practice once a week with Saturday games. The high school league also has Sunday games.

Practice nights and locations are at a public location, set at the discretion of the coaches. This is just one of the benefits of volunteering to coach your child's team.

Carmel Dads' Club does offer a competitive select soccer program at the 5th grade (U11), 6th grade (U12), 7th grade (U13), and 8th grade (U14) boys & girls divisions. Practices are held at the Badger facility during the week. Click the link below for information on our CDC Select Soccer Program for players U11-U14: www.cdccarmelfc.com

Fields used for CDC soccer are Badger Park, 5459 E. 131st St. and Carmel-Clay Community Soccer Complex (Shelbourne Fields) 3451 W. 126th.
