2011 Fall Baseball General Information

Fall baseball is available for 3rd grade through 8th grade. The information below is divided into 3rd thru 6th grade leagues and 7th & 8th grade league. Schedules will be determined in late July. Opening day is tentatively scheduled for August 21, 2011.

 

Please direct questions to the commissioners at the bottom of the page. We still have openings and baseball can be played with another fall sport as it is Sundays only.

3rd/4th & 5th/6thGrade Fall Baseball

Here is the general information regarding 3rd through 6th grade fall baseball:

1. We will follow the 3rd-6th grade CDC baseball rules with limited exceptions.

2. The league will be Sunday afternoons only except for the last week which will be Saturday and Sunday to complete a tournament. 

3.  Games will be played at Wodock. The early game will start at approximately 1:30. Games are 7 innings or 2 hours.

4. Each team will have an approx 8 game schedule, and there will likely be no make-up games.

5. There will be a single-elimination tournament at the end of the season.

7th & 8th Grade Fall Baseball

Here is the general information regarding 7th/8th grade fall baseball:

1. We will follow the 7th-12th grade CDC baseball rules with limited exceptions.

2. The league will be Sunday afternoons only except for the last week which will be Saturday and Sunday to complete a tournament. 

3.  Games will be played at O'Malia and Shirley fields. The early game will start at approximately 1:30. Games are 7 innings or 2 hours.

4. Each team will have an approx. 8  game schedule, and there will likely be no make-up games.

5. There will be a single-elimination tournament at the end of the season.
