Thank you for volunteering with the Carmel Dads' Club.  Please click the link above and then  "Register now" to volunteer for a one 2 hr concessions shift.   If  you have volunteered before you can enter your email address and password.  If you do not know your password you may request for a new one or you may call the office - Karen Coons 846-1663 ext 319 to have it reset.

 Carmel Dads' Club is organized and run entirely by volunteers from the participants of each sport.   We have 12,000 athletes that participate each year in various sports and our volunteer base is about 2000 volunteers.  We need each family to share in the experience.

Requirements:

• Each family is only required to volunteer for ONE 2-hour shift per season - You do not have to do a shift per child, it is per family.  This applies to both the Rec and Travel Leagues.
• You may volunteer at any venue.
• You may change your shift no later than 48 hours prior to your assigned shift.   Log onto the site and make changes. Please make sure to remove your old shift when choosing a new one.
• Failure to sign up for a shift within the sport season OR failure to show for your scheduled shift, will result in being charged $50.00.  If you paid for your child's registration via check or cash, you will receive an invoice.  If you registered on-line, your credit card will be charged.  Failure to pay the invoice will require CDC to hold all future sport registrations until the invoice is paid.
• Only Sport Commissioners & Head Coaches are exempt from concession assignments.  Team Sponsors are also exempt  from concession assignments.
• If you choose not to volunteer for a concession shift or are exempt, you will be required to pay the $25 concessions fee.
• After the registration period ends, we will not able to accept the $25.00 in lieu of working a schedule shift.  
• Concessions shifts must be worked during the sport season. When signing up for a shift, you may see an overlap with sports seasons - please note the shift/season heading when selecting a shift.  For example, if you have signed up for a Fall '10 sport, then you are required to work during the Fall '10 sport season.   We cannot give credit for a shift worked outside of the sport season.  

Fall Sports Season participation = shifts available Aug - early Nov

Winter Sports Season participation = shifts available Nov - early March

Spring Sports Season participation = shifts available April - July
