We would like to thank all of the boys who participated in the Hounds and Select travel
lacrosse tryouts over the last several weeks. We are impressed that all the boys worked
very hard. It is exciting to see the depth of our CDC Lacrosse program. I have been
(and will be) meeting with the 56 evaluators to select the 56 Select team and with the
78 evaluators to select the Hounds and the 78 Select teams. The team's coaches will
be determined once the teams have been finalized. We expect to post the teams and the
coaches on this page by Monday evening.
We are looking forward to a great year and thank you for all your help,

The following are dates for Boys clinics/evaluations for tryouts
for Hounds, and BOYS -- 7/8 Select and 5/6 Select teams.
Please check the dates carefully for your son's age group.

The clinics/evaluations should be attended by those
boys interested in Hounds, 7/8 Select or 5/6 Select.
All evaluations/clinics will be used as part of the evaluation
process for those travel teams and will be used to assess LAX
skills, athletic talent, attitude, team building and field awareness
utilizing drills, instruction and scrimmage drills/play.
Any unexcused absences will be taken into account when selecting
travel teams. If you are unable to make a session, your absence
should be communicated to the Travel General
The clinics/evaluations are open to all 5th/6th and 7th/8th grade boys
and require wearing full equipment.
